Another pair of perfect shoes

Um, I couldn't figure out how to separate out the shoes from the shot, but -- courtesy of Green Wedding Shoes -- I've found another pair of perfect shoes that are unattainable... this time b/c we don't know where they're from. I wonder how possible it is to attach lace to some shoes like this....
